Thanks for visiting the Hope Rod and Gun Club website...                     

On this site you'll find information about our facilities and activities. Through out the summer we have open trap and skeet shooting as well as league trap shooting. Singles and doubles.

On the premises is an existing archery range which is in the process of getting back in use. Also there is a rifle range for muzzleloader use only. Special events to be held in the summer will be posted on the news page. Thanks!

                                                   Attention:

The hunter's safety course has started and will run every Tuesday thru March 23rd. Class hours are from 6pm to 9pm.

The last class will be Saturday, March 27th from 9am 'til 1pm for range day.

Held at the Americn Legion Hall, 4911 Burma Rd, McFarland, WI 53558

There is no minimum or maximum age and parents are urged to enroll. Anyone born after January 1st, 1973 must have a hunter education certificate to purchase any Wisconsin hunting license. Residents of Wisconsin must be 12 years of age to purchase any hunting license, including bow hunting. Young students certified will be able to purchase a license and hunt alone (with parental permission) when they turn 14.

Students successfully completing the course will receive a basic hunter education certificate, good in any state.
